Kate will work with you to help address any imbalances and help support the body towards restoring and maintaining health. Please be aware that Nutritional Therapy is not an 'overnight fix' for health problems. Indeed, it can take time for your body to return to a more balanced state.

Kate does not use a 'one size fits all' approach. The advice is personalised and she works with you collaboratively and provides practical recommendations to help you change old habits, restore your body's natural healing potential, empower you to take control of your health and achieve your goals. Above all, her first priority is to inspire people to make more healthy food choices and to take interest in food and the part it plays in health. It is about developing your understanding of the relationship between food and nutrients and your health and performance.
